Right of Way

Pipelines are built within a right of way across land that is owned by others. The owners retain ownership of the land and the right of way agreement allows the pipeline operators to use the land for the pipeline operations. The location of the pipeline is marked along the right-of-way with sign posts. ARS conclude the right of way agreement with the land owner and administered the right of way agreements. ARS is managing the relations between the pipeline operator and the land owners.
